Started in 2020 in Cape Town, Rekindle’s purpose from the start has been in creating a high-quality product, at a fair cost to the consumer, and at a low cost to the environment. We believe in sustainability and supporting the small business economy.

Our candles are hand-poured with ethically sourced mineral wax from Durban, a bi-product that would otherwise become waste, which now becomes candles.

 

Our ceramic vessels are handmade in the Cape, using locally sourced clay. Our packaging is bio-degradable and we use cotton wicks and natural essential oils for fragrance to lower carbon emissions. 

 

Our suppliers are mainly also local, female-owned, small businesses.
